College can be exciting, but it can also feel overwhelming. For many students, it’s the first time managing anxiety, depression, ADHD, academic pressure, or difficult relationships without the familiar support systems they grew up with. If you’re struggling to focus, feeling stuck, or carrying something that’s difficult to put into words, therapy can help.

I’m Lexie, a licensed clinical social worker with 30 years of experience. I help college students and young adults better understand themselves—why they feel the way they do, why certain patterns keep showing up, and what they need to create a life that feels genuinely their own.

My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I draw from evidence-based approaches, including CBT, IFS, DBT, somatic therapy, and mindfulness, while tailoring our work to your individual needs. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and you won’t be expected to fit into a particular mold.

I specialize in:

* ADHD and executive functioning
* Anxiety and social anxiety
* Depression
* Trauma , Attachment & PTSD
* Perfectionism
* Identity development and relationship patterns
* College adjustment and academic stress

Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or simply know that something doesn’t feel right, you don’t have to figure it out alone. Together, we can help you feel more grounded, confident, and able to move forward.
