Provider Types

This is a clinic or agency with multiple providers, including:

  • Pre-Licensed Professionals

As a therapist, my goal is to help clients navigate struggles in their lives and provide a space of safety and compassion as they work to overcome challenges. I believe therapy is a collaborative process and clients come to therapy with an inner wisdom. I intend to guide them to understand themselves and live more authentically. I work closely to individualize therapy so it fits the needs of the client. I have experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults with a wide range of concerns, including eating disorders, trauma, relationships, and ADHD.

My approach to therapy is understanding how clients operate in their day-to-day lives and acknowledging their strengths as well as their challenges. I focus on how Eating Disorder behaviors and other behaviors served a function in their lives, and provide validation through a combination of CBT, ACT, DBT, IFS, and narrative approaches. I have recently started incorporating more somatic-based and attachment-based work.

I have over three years of experience with clients struggling with Eating Disorders. I practice from a Health at Every Size approach and focus on increasing insight and motivation for recovery initially. Additionally, I provide parent coaching and psychoeducation for loved ones as well as guidance for Higher Levels of Care.
