Therapy can be an opportunity to slow down, become curious, and develop a deeper relationship with yourself. I offer a warm, grounded, and trauma-informed space where you can feel heard and understood as you work toward meaningful change. I welcome people of diverse backgrounds, identities, cultures, and life experiences, including LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent adults. I have a special interest in working with adults who have experienced trauma, as well as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship issues, and complex and chronic medical conditions.

My intention is to create a collaborative relationship where you feel respected, supported, and genuinely met. We can work at a pace that feels right for you and develop curiosity together. We can uncover patterns, regulate emotions, reconnect with your body, and build healthier relationships using trauma-informed, somatic, and mindfulness-based approaches.

I believe healing and growth are possible, especially with nurturing, attentive support.
