Let's be honest - life is just hard sometimes. What are you trying to deal with on your own right now? A new life chapter? College? Self-esteem? A break-up? Unresolved trauma? Discouraged from your ever-growing to-do list? Overwhelmed with too many choices and not enough information? Do you often doubt your intuition and decisions? Not only are your challenges overcomable, but I believe you already have the wisdom within you to live your best life with exuberance and bravery. I specialize in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, a trauma modality that can also be used for just about anything: social anxiety, fear of public speaking, wanting to quit smoking. The best thing about ART is that you don't even have to talk about the problem in the 1-6 sessions (on average) we have to address it.
