Navigating life’s transitions can often feel lonely, overwhelming, and even hopeless. Whether you’re mourning the loss of an important relationship, shifting into a new job or role, adjusting to an unfamiliar environment, or simply trying to stay afloat amidst a sea of relentless responsibilities and challenges, you may become paralyzed by your thoughts and worries and begin to lose the sense of joy and contentment you used to feel. As a recent undergraduate and graduate student myself, I completely understand how this feels. I chose to specialize in young adult life transitions so that I can offer guidance and support to students going through issues such as relational conflict, anxiety, depression, body image, and identity development. Together, we will navigate towards self confidence and personal growth by focusing on finding balance, coping with difficult thoughts and emotions, and striving towards a life that aligns with your personal values and prioritizes what truly matters to you. I use an eclectic approach to customize therapy in order to help you uncover your innate capacity for growth and fulfillment. I offer fully remote services and convenient scheduling to accommodate what works best for you. Choosing the path towards growth requires tremendous strength and resilience, so take the first step today.

I believe therapy provides an opportunity to heal and offers the reminder that you are worthy of giving and receiving love. Due to elements like social demands, systems of power, and generational trauma, it may feel as if you’ve lost your sense of being grounded and in alignment with your authentic self. We are all healers in our own way and sometimes we need to take the risk of beginning therapy to find a place where we feel most rooted. I approach my work with clients through the lens of humanistic, gestalt, and existential theories which means I firmly believe that you know yourself best—so I take a collaborative approach when working with you. I will use my compassion, intuition, and curiosity to help you get to a deeper level of exploring, discovering, and understanding. I am passionate about supporting those who desire to elevate their self-esteem and self-worth as well as people who are navigating depression and processing past trauma. I hope to join you on your journey as you move toward a more harmonious existence with yourself, others, and the world around you.

I incorporate approaches that integrate the mind, body, and spirit by including somatic approaches, mindfulness, and deep explorations within. You’re trying to find your footing after a major loss, a breakup, or a life transition that’s turned everything upside down. Whatever has led you here, one thing is likely true: something has shifted and you’re left trying to make sense of it. I offer a space to process the complex layers of change including grief, transition, and identity exploration. You may be holding the weight of a loss while also trying to figure out who you are and where you’re going. That’s a heavy lift. In our work, we’ll explore how your past has shaped you, how your values can guide you, and how to build a life that both honors what you’ve lost and allows you to stay connected to hope. Through compassion, insight, and gentle challenge, I’ll help you rediscover your worth and reconnect with the parts of yourself you’ve missed. This work is personal to me. My own experiences with grief and therapy are what led me here, and they give me a lived understanding of what it’s like to rebuild after loss—not from a textbook, but from my own life. I’m not here to lead from a distance. I’m here to be with you through the work, honoring your process while drawing from what I’ve learned in my own journey. If you’re feeling lost, isolated, or unsure where to start, I want you to know—you don’t have to figure it all out alone. I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Text, call, or email today and let's take that first step together.

One of the greatest gifts I've received in my 19+ years of private practice, has been to witness individuals as they move towards healing, and discover a more fulfilling, whole life. The hold an eating disorder, anxiety or trauma can have on a life is profound. To watch the grip loosen, and healing emerge, is very moving. I enjoy learning, and collecting new tools and skills to help my clients. After I obtained my MSW from New York University's School of Social Work, I completed postgraduate training in eating disorders and body image issues at the Women's Therapy Centre Institute, and in Trauma Studies at the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy. In addition, I completed a three-year training in Somatic Experiencing, and have assisted at professional trainings, helping other therapists to learn the model. I've led eating disorder groups for New York University's Counseling Center and various non-profit organizations, and have served as both a lecturer and group case consultant on eating disorders and trauma at postgraduate institutes in New York City. Interested in creating a culturally and spiritually sensitive practice, I completed a two-year program studying the world's major faith traditions, in an effort to better understand my clients from all backgrounds. I do not take any insurance. My fees range from $150-175 based on need, and I do not presently have a sliding scale beyond that range. If you have questions, or would like to request an appointment, please feel free to contact me. I offer ONLINE ONLY therapy in CA, CO and NY.

In my practice, I specialize helping individuals who have experienced trauma and I love blending my passions for music, dance, fitness, and yoga with my professional experience to help young people find their way, develop, and overcome challenges.

I HELP YOUNG ADULTS CONSCIOUSLY GET WHAT THEY WANT (IN LIFE AND RELATIONSHIPS). Life is overwhelming. Between school, work, relationships, and technology calling for your attention at every moment, it’s extremely difficult to remain calm and grounded. We can lose our sense of purpose and passion. I've had my own struggles in life, which led me to see therapists, take countless personal growth workshops, and sit in meditation retreats. Through doing all of this work, I figured out how to rewrite the mental and emotional patterns that no longer served me. I learned how to achieve greater peace by getting out of my head and getting present in my body. Unlike other therapists who merely sit and listen, I take an active and engaged approach. You may find yourself in a guided meditation or a role-play exercise. There may be optional homework assignments. We’ll tune into exactly what you need. I’m here to support you to find your unique, confident voice.

We often feel trapped by our circumstances, voiceless in our relationships and powerless to cause significant change in our lives. But whether you are seeking individual, couples, or group therapy, you have taken a leap into the process of healing. With curiosity and a fresh perspective, I aim to empower you to reclaim your voice, work towards the change you seek, and to meet your authentic self. Though you have already taken the first step, I hope to foster the healing process even further by providing a deeply caring, non-judgmental atmosphere. It has been important for me to work with a wide breadth of clients. I have experience with diverse age groups, races, gender identities, and sexual orientations, and have worked in community mental health, residential treatment, school settings, and private practice. If you are are seeking a space to explore feelings connected to lack of motivation, avoidance, anxiety, low self-esteem, difficulty in platonic and romantic relationships, and feeling burnout from your current way of moving through the world, know that there is hope of having a different experience of yourself, your relationships and the world around you. Within working with a wide breath of clients, I have a passion for men’s mental health and working with young men and the issues that come up in their lives today. Through it all, however, my approach has always been focused on the human in front of me, and in meeting them where they are. I work with my individuals, couples and groups to help you gain a better understanding of yourself and your relationships. With a psychodynamic lens and a belief that as a species we all have the need to connect, I look forward to hearing from you to see how we may feel about working together.
