I work with people who believe that relationships (with others, ourselves, and our environments) are what make life meaningful. If you’re struggling to feel consistent or fulfilled, I can provide support while we work to identify and address the contributing issues. I have a special interest in self-esteem related to ADHD and learning disabilities but work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families around a variety of issues. I can help you explore how past experiences impact current patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behavior. Together, we’ll work to help you facilitate meaningful changes based on these insights and increase your sense of mastery and control over your reality. My style utilizes both contemplative and evidence-based (DBT, ACT) modalities of therapy.

In my years of providing therapy, I have witnessed a clear trend. Emotional wounds heal best when surrounded by hope, support, and a sense of self. In other words, I believe that people can best heal from the past when they find what they’re running towards. Pain can leave us feeling defined by our wounds, insecurities, fears, regrets, and unwanted patterns. We can feel trapped by trauma, depression, anxiety, and desperate attempts to keep it together. But no matter how much space the darkness fills, it cannot erase the underlying “self” within us. We can shrink the darkness by understanding it, exploring how it informs our patterns, and taking necessary steps to address it. Simultaneously, we can expand ourselves by exploring what makes us care, what helps us connect, what makes us laugh, and what stokes the fire to fight for something better. It is my privilege when I’m trusted enough to help hold the pain, and an honor to watch someone embrace who they want to be.
I am so glad you stopped by! I am eager to work with college students, like yourself, and have a background in working with both undergrad and grad students in the Dallas area. In therapy, I offer a safe and confidential relationship, where you can hope to gain self-esteem, relevant skills, and personal strength, learning to more fully trust yourself and others. A great deal of my clients are wrestling with depression, anxiety, and self-worth due to family/childhood issues and relational struggles that tend to become more apparent once they have entered college. Together, we dig into these hard conversations and I help you relate differently to anxiety, pain, fear, and sadness, while also coming alongside you in creating the life you desire. Finding a therapist you connect with is an important aspect of effective therapy. I will serve you with respect and empathy while encouraging you in your personal journey of growth. I am both honored and committed to meeting you where you are, learning where you want to go, and helping you find the best way there. I hope to talk to you soon!
Hi! My name is Harrison Wobeck. I work with individuals and couple's to create an accepting environment where your experience is validated so that growth and change can happen. In my experience in college and post-grad, all of my obligations and trying to figure out life was regularly exhausting and difficult to manage. I find it was and is helpful to normalize this experience and provide practical ways to navigate the madness of academia. I also specialize in trauma work as well as relational therapy and can be of help specifically to process trauma and/or navigate relationship issues. I look forward to hearing from you!
Mind and Body Healthcare is primarily a mental health, medication management practice. We also will perform labs, if indicated, to see if there is an underlying medical cause for your symptoms. With over 25 years of experience in substance abuse and mental health, I have a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by many underserved populations. While I have extensive experience working with diverse populations, my approach is centered on helping each client—regardless of background—discover their strengths, build resilience, and create a path toward healing and personal growth. My focus is helping individuals in these communities address issues such as anger management, substance abuse, and overall emotional well-being. My culturally sensitive therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to empower clients to overcome obstacles and build a fulfilling life. I believe in the strength, resilience, and wisdom each person brings to therapy, and I am committed to providing a space where healing and growth can occur.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially when you're juggling school, relationships, family expectations, or just trying to figure out who you are and what matters to you. I work best with students who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or like they’re carrying more than they can manage alone. You might be navigating anxiety, burnout, grief, family conflict, or a major life transition—and I’m here to help you feel grounded again. My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I’ll never judge you for what you’re feeling. Instead, I’ll support you in understanding yourself better and building tools to manage what’s hard. Before opening my private practice, I worked for years in a medical setting supporting young people and families through complex challenges. Today, I specialize in working with individuals living with chronic illnesses, as well as the caregivers and siblings who support them—but many of my clients also come to me with everyday stress, identity questions, or big decisions about the future. If you’re looking for a therapist who will meet you where you are, help you make sense of your experiences, and walk alongside you as you grow, I’d love to connect.
It's nice to meet you! My name is Erica (she/her), and I am a queer therapist working with students who struggle with disordered eating, relationship wounds, anxiety, and substance use. Are you searching for relief from constantly critiquing what you eat or what your body looks like? Then this is the space for you. Are you tired of feeling as though you aren't good enough? Or perhaps you've realized that you're coping with stress in ways that make you think "this isn't me...". Then this too, is the space for you. Many of my clients are college students who are seeking to find more internal stability, emotional regulation, and a deeper understanding and acceptance of who they are. Navigating college is difficult enough, and can feel even more overwhelming when you just can't seem to feel like you. Therapy can help you understand yourself better, feel more self-assured, and provide you with the tools to better manage internal and external stress. I offer a free 30 minute consultation so that we can meet and chat a bit more about how you need support. If you think we might be a good fit, I encourage you to reach out! Wishing you the best in wherever your mental health journey takes you.
Hi there! I'm a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and I'm passionate about helping people break free from the cycles of anxiety, OCD, panic attacks, and phobias. My style is warm, collaborative, and empowering. In our work together you can expect me to share concrete tools and skills that help you build confidence and move towards your goals, while also encouraging deeper self-understanding and self-compassion. I pull from ERP (the gold standard treatment for OCD), as well as IFS/ Parts Work and DBT, and I tailor our work to what feels supportive and effective for you. If any of this resonates with you, please don't hesitate to reach out. I would be honored to connect with you!
I tend to work well with people who spend a lot of time in their heads. Maybe you overthink, struggle with doubt, get stuck on certain thoughts, questions, or fears, or find yourself searching for a sense of certainty that never seems to last. Maybe you struggle with anxiety, OCD, stress, burnout, trauma, perfectionism, or simply feel “stuck” in cycles you can’t seem to break. Our work is about getting unstuck. It’s about reconnecting with your life. It’s about having more freedom to live it. OCD is a particular interest of mine and part of why I started this practice. It is a complex disorder that is often misunderstood and misdiagnosed, in part because of the narrow way we tend to talk about it. I want to provide a space where the complexity of the experience is understood. I strive to be warm, genuine, curious, and completely nonjudgmental. Therapy is personal, and finding the right therapist matters. If you’re wondering whether I might be the right fit for you, I share much more about myself and my approach on my website. And if you decide to reach out, I encourage you to do so imperfectly. You don’t need to overthink this.
College is a time of incredible growth and opportunity, but it can also be incredibly challenging. Balancing academics, social life, and personal growth while navigating anxiety, past trauma, or body image concerns can feel overwhelming. You're not alone. As a therapist with over 20 years of experience, I specialize in supporting students just like you. I offer a safe and supportive space to explore these challenges, develop coping strategies, and build a more fulfilling college experience. If you're ready to prioritize your well-being, I encourage you to reach out.
You might be a student who looks like you have it together but feels anxious, burned out, or disconnected underneath. Maybe the pressure of classes, relationships, or figuring out who you are is heavier than you expected. Maybe you're navigating a big transition, far from home for the first time, or just noticing that the way you've always coped isn't working anymore. In therapy, we'll slow down, get curious about what's really going on, and build skills that help you feel more like yourself. I draw from a variety of approaches — including body-based techniques, mindfulness, and talk therapy — to tailor our work to what you actually need. You don't have to have it all figured out to start. You just have to show up.

Are you having trouble with falling and staying asleep? Are you feeling anxious and overwhelmed? I specialize in working with people who are having trouble sleeping, who are experiencing anxiety, and who are going through reproductive transitions or who are experiencing distress related to their reproductive health (e.g., PMDD, pregnancy, postpartum, infertility). In my work, I aim to cultivate a safe space to hold and honor your emotions, while also providing you with new coping tools to help you process your emotions, get some distance from your thoughts, and help you engage with your life. To do this, I use a blend of evidence-based psychotherapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Interpersonal Psychotherapy.
I am passionate about working with students who are performing artists/creatives, living with trauma, perfectionism, and/or going through life transitions. As a previous professional dancer, my approach to therapy is integrative between talk therapy and bringing awareness to the mind body connection. Being a student can be a challenging time in life as you explore new identities and navigate multiple periods of transition. I hope to create a collaborative space where you can feel heard, understood, and seen.

I believe everyone has the potential for growth and healing, and I’m dedicated to providing a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences as we work toward your goals. I chose to pursue a career in mental health because I am passionate about helping others find balance and well-being in their lives. My client-centered and collaborative approach focuses on your unique needs and strengths. Together, we can work towards creating meaningful change and improving your quality of life.
