I love working with college students and young adults. I understand what a complex and sometimes overwhelming time of life this can be; whether you find yourself struggling with anxiety, depression, or difficulty navigating your relationships, I am truly passionate about supporting my clients in their process to gain deeper self-understanding and foster personal growth through self-compassion. I work from a place of genuine curiosity and respect each person’s path as unique. Do you feel like your emotions get in the way of you achieving your goals, affect your relationships, and keep you feeling stuck? Do you feel frustrated, unable to break patterns, or move forward? Or has a new life transition impacted you greatly and you don’t know where to go from here? My focus is on helping you learn how to regulate your emotions -- to be more in control of them than they are of you. In our sessions, we'll identify patterns, better understand them, and work together to come up with a plan of how to achieve your goals. My background is in CBT, DBT, trauma, grief and loss, and perinatal mental health. It can be hard taking the first step when you're struggling, but you've already done it by being here! If you live in MA or NJ, are open to telehealth sessions, and think we may be a good match, you can learn more about me at my website. I look forward to hearing from you!

College is an exciting time though it can be an overwhelming one as well. College comes with its own unique set of challenges - increased workload, the need for greater time management, increased independence, and trying to find a good work-life balance, to name a few. College life can bring on new anxiety or exacerbate pre-existing anxiety, and managing this and coping in healthy and effective ways can prove difficult at times. Anxiety and stress can also trigger new or worsen pre-existing Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRBs), like Excoriation Disorder (skin picking) and Trichotillomania (hair pulling). If you are a female student struggling with anxiety and need help managing it, and/or are having a difficult time with BFRBs, I would love to work with you. Together we will work on identifying stressors/triggers as well as strategies and skills you can use to better manage your anxiety and/or your BFRB. I look forward to meeting you!
On the surface you're all calm and put together, but underneath you're questioning how your life is panning out. Sure, you've got great ambition and have come really far. Things may even be pretty good right now. But the memories of your difficult past and anxieties about the future never quite go away. Feeling not good enough, doubting your abilities, and feeling stuck have become an everyday experience that you'd rather do without. I use an attachment, nervous system, and trauma informed lens to help you understand how experiences have shaped you so far and find more space for kindness and courage within for growth and evolution. Imagine going about your day feeling compassionate towards yourself, confident in handling whatever life throws at you, and courageous in taking new actions towards your goals. I fully believe that living with more ease, self esteem, and satisfaction is available to you and will be the natural result of you paying more attention to your inner experiences. Certified in both IFS and EMDR, I help clients that experience anxiety, depression, trauma including PTSD and C-PTSD, and relationship issues find new ways of relating to themselves and others. I conveniently see clients online via teletherapy. Head over to my website (www.WellofWisdomTherapy.com) to schedule your free 15 minute phone consultation today.

About me: I have a strong belief in therapy because I've successfully used it. I've had my own personal exploration into suffering and I've made my way out of these fogs by utilizing the support of others. It is my experience that no one lives their best life alone. Connection has the capacity to offer regulation and engender strength. I honor my sense of humanity that allows me to tend and befriend others, and take joy in my sense of playfulness that can bring a smile or a laugh to someone at the just the right moment. About my work: I work through an integrated lens, currently drawing on EFT, neuroscience, mindfulness, and positive psychology to explore how lifestyle, relationships, and early experiences shape our wellbeing. I also use the power of storytelling to help reframe the limiting narratives we carry about ourselves. Lately, I've been doing meaningful work with clients navigating OCD tendencies, using approaches including ERP and ACT. I am also working to expand my expertise through continued education in somatic approaches, chronic illness and premenstrual disorders, to support the full complexity of what my clients carry. My goal is to create a space that feels safe, to help people trust themselves again, and to help them recommit to life — through the big things and the small. About my credentials: I graduated from Lesley University with a MA in Mental Health Counseling in 2018. I am a Massachusetts licensed mental health counselor with experience in a variety of outpatient therapeutic settings. I welcome your questions.
It’s common to show up feeling like you’re managing on the outside but overwhelmed internally by anxiety, stress, or self-doubt. My goal is to create a steady space where we can slow things down, make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and build coping tools that feel realistic and usable beyond session.
