You’re used to handling things. You’ve figured out how to succeed, meet deadlines, and show up for others — but lately it feels harder. Maybe anxiety is louder, your mood dips more often, or relationships feel strained. You don’t have to keep pushing through alone. Therapy can help you build steadiness, clarity, and more intentional choices in the middle of a demanding season. At Mind Field Therapy, I work with college students navigating anxiety, depression, identity shifts, relationship stress, and the impact of difficult life events or past trauma. I’ll absolutely ask how you’re feeling — and we’ll go deeper than that. I’m direct, grounded, and occasionally use humor when it helps us loosen anxiety’s grip. The goal isn’t endless venting; it’s understanding what’s driving the patterns and building tools you can actually use.

As humans, we all have the capacity for change. At some point, we are confronted with challenging life situations and may respond in ways that do not align with our values. This work requires much vulnerability and I am here to listen and align in the direction of your own personal breakthroughs. Join me as we work together to create a grounded and inclusive space for reflection, transparency, and self-compassion as you learn to navigate the highs, lows, and unpredictability that life brings. Hello, some of my strengths include identifying and cultivating strengths in others, giving language to complex feelings, detangling complex issues and finding paths to wholeness. My goal in therapy is to support others to reach their personal goals and even help them identify what those may be if they are unsure. My ideal Patient is motivated to change and open to trying various techniques. I'm dual licensed in the States of Massachusetts and Illinois and provide only Teletherapy. I've been in clinical practice since 2013, yet have 20 years of experience through mentoring young adults. One of my strongest areas of expertise is healing from trauma, of all kinds. What I often find in practice are Patients unaware of neglect and abandonment that they have lived through. I support Patients in identifying pain, creating space to grieve and heal, and creating a new way to experience life alive.

In my practice, I specialize in working with adults who often find themselves caught in recurring patterns in life. This could manifest as challenges with self-esteem, self-doubt, confidence, or a loss of identity. Through the therapeutic relationship, the aim is to deepen your understanding of yourself. Change can be a formidable task, and while gaining insight into your challenges is a significant step, fostering actual change and improving your relationship with yourself and others can present a different set of difficulties.
